The breakfast is great served with boiled eggs, croissants, good coffee. The room is new-fashioned, stylish comes with a super comfortable double bed, a really NICE shower, very fast WiFi.

The hotel had a perfect location for exploring Bilbao, and our spacious Superior Triple Room accommodated my family plus our three dogs comfortably. We loved having a coffee machine in the room. Plus, the quick access to local shops and tapas bars was fantastic!
My wife says that the pet fees came as a surprise. A more straightforward pet policy would help families with pets.

The Standard Double Room was spacious and surprisingly quiet, a huge plus. I loved the modern bathroom amenities and the quality toiletries. The bedding was super comfy. Only downside? I really would've liked some complimentary water to start off my stay.

The rooms were of a decent size, super clean, and the staff was always ready to help us out. It's right next to great places for tapas, and we caught some fantastic views from the nearby spot. Parking was easy too, just a short walk away!
